Free tastings and sales of Wild Garlic products in the shop. Try some delicious pesto or mayonnaise and buy a jar as a gift.

Saturday 7th March - Wild Garlic Walk and Forage.
Learn about the many uses of this fantastic plant and take a walk through the beautiful Sallow Coppice where it grows abundantly. A walk of around 3 miles with a few stiles and gentle ascents. Please wear boots or good walking shoes and dress for the weather.

Sunday 8th March - Wild Garlic Cookery Workshop.
Learn to make Wild Garlic Pesto and Wild Garlic Soup. Get hands on in dedicated classroom and learn how to use this healthy, versatile and abundant local ingredient in a range of dishes. Price includes a jar of pesto to take home.
