Activities for Home Education visits at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre

 

All our school workshops (see the other pages within School Visits) are suitable for home school groups either as a one and a half hour session (£55 + vat) or two hour complete session (£111 + Vat). We encourage learning through active participation, enquiry and first-hand observation. The workshop price includes the use of a room and a visit to the exhibition with worksheets. We are happy to design bespoke workshops with you - either to suit age range or the part of the national curriculum you wish to cover. 

Self led Exhibition and meadows

If you comes as a group, the Shropshire Hills Through Time exhibition costs £2.95 per child age 5 and over. One adult goes free for every 10 children; additional adults cost £4.25.

Our 30 acres of meadows are always open, walk through or around the building to access.
