We have passed our most recent annual hygeine assessment with flying colours!

As a licensed food business, our café is subject to an annual hygiene audit from a registered Environmental Health Practitioner. The assessment covers cleaning schedules, risk assessments, staff training, refrigeration and food storage policies and overall cleanliness, and on completion, an award of between 1 and 5 stars is made.

We’re really pleased to have been awarded the top level 5-star status again this year, which gives our visitors confidence that our food is not only delicious, but safe too!
